The sales assistant was very polite and friendly was able to show me the types of beds that were available. I was shown various beds at various prices.

We went intending to purchase specific items and this was successful.

Very friendly customer service from a gentleman called Joe. Good product knowledge and customer aware.

Assistant was very courteous and knew her job - inspired confidence in buying. Had just been in Bensons next door and experienced the complete opposite. The salesman in there was just interested in selling me the most expensive, not what I wanted for a holiday chalet!

The Dreams colleague who served me - Gina - went over and above the call of duty to fulfil my order. The store does not open until 10.00 but she saw me outside looking at the list of opening times at around 08.45 and came to the door and opened up specially to save me coming back. I went in to see if you did a bed that folds up into the wall and although you don't do them she searched the internet for me and gave me some information. We had a discussion about what I was after and she said that you had something which would do the job for me (a Vega S folding bed) which was perfect for what I wanted. She had one in stock and so put it in the car for me to take away. She also offered me coffee and made me feel very welcome
