Dreams - New Cross

Gina was very efficient and knowledgeable about the beds. She was amazingly helpful despite it being a sweltering hot day and I came in right at the end of the day. My order was dealt with speedily.

It felt home from home. My little girl of 5 was looked after while I was given the freedom to work out what I wanted. And I got a cup of tea. Very very helpful staff, clean store, and great to have the space to see the items on display. A trillion times better than Ikea, which I will never go to again.

Both were extremely helpful,knowledgable and pleasant and made shopping at dreams a very pleasant and enjoyable experience

The assistant (Jade) was very knowledgeable and made sure we got the best mattress to suit out needs. She clearly explained all the different options and gave us time to think about what we wanted and we did not feel pressured into buying something. Jade was really friendly and very approachable. I would definitely go back to that store and buy something with Jade's help again. An overall really positive experience at the store in New Cross Gate.

We were assisted by Joseph at the New Cross Gate retail park London, he could not have been more accommodating, a real credit to the store, we initially were planning on buying a mattress at the store next door, but the service that Joseph gave was impeccable. Please could you pass on how pleased we were to the store.

Thank you for this great shopping experience! I am working in retail for 12 years and I absolutely hate shopping! The Dreams Team from New Cross Gate made buying a new bed easy and pleasant! Gina gave us all info needed - and believe me I asked a lot of questions. Even my boyfriend wasn't moaning like he usually does during long shopping! We had a nice productive afternoon with lovely people! I feel sorry that Gina and Joe don't work in my local grocery so I can see them daily! I felt satisfied with a purchase I made and cannot wait for my bed to arrive! Thank you! I would love Gina to be my personal shopper- life would be so much easier!

I called up prior to visiting the store to put my purchase on hold until the end of the day. Upon arriving, I was greeting by Gina who (when told I had an item on hold) knew exactly who I was and showed me & suggested I try out the product in-store before purchasing. When purchasing the product, Gina was very friendly and kept me happy during my visit.

The Sales Assistants (Gina & Jade) were helpful & informative without being pushy. They answered all question & gave me time to weigh up my options. The products appear to be of decent quality but only time will tell if they last or not.

Atta who attended to me was highly attentive to my needs and took the time and patience to figure out which bed option would work best for me.
