Joseph (and Gina) were lovely - friendly and helpful, great knowledge, courteous. Joseph spelled out all options, including the 40 day satisfaction, price comparison and helped with a mattress cover to suit our needs. He also offered me his Adele concert ticket!

I was really impressed by the helpfulness & knowledge of the staff (specifically Gina). They made me completely reconsider the value of my purchase and how I went about making the right choice for me. I have visited many bed stores and not had this experience anywhere else.

The staff (Gina & Jade) from the Dreams shop in New Cross Gate were really helpful and had the right knowledge on explaining and showing the correct product as per the customers need and comfort. This helped us in deciding the right mattress for our self with being confused with lot of options available around.

Gina was very friendly and helped us pick the best mattress for our need. We thought it will be a case of coming in and picking the one we like but now we know that here is more to it. Gina explained the difference between all types of mattresses as well us showed us ways of finding out which mattress suits our bodies best. Not going to lie but if it wouldn't be for Gina we would definitely pick a wrong mattress and end up with back pain few months down the line. Very helpful and professional service.
