Dreams - New Cross

We only went in for a mattress but came out with a mattress and ottoman ben base. Great service! Joe was extremely helpful when my partner and i were choosing our first bed. He was immediately attentive, extremely helpful and very funny. He made us feel right at home, tea in hand and it felt as if we were talking with a friend throughout the whole experience. Joe was knowledgable and seemingly unbiased, helping us find the best match. as mentioned, we only came in to buy a mattress, but with Joe's advise and unpressured sales technique, we were happy to come out with a bed base also. The mattress was ready for delivery immediately, however the bed base needed 5 weeks!

The assistant Gina was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and assisted us perfectly. We are very happy with our mattress.

Gina was a lovely store employee who greeted us kindly, provided us with ample information, but never pressured us. We felt equipped to figure out what kind of mattress would suit us without feeling as though we were being forced to buy. Gina was lovely when we said we wanted more time to think about the purchase and wrote down everything on a convenient card so we could call back and place the order over the phone. I was really impressed with the level of service. And, as a benefit, the mattress we wanted was available at half price. Really loved shopping at Dreams and will definitely recommend it in future!

Excellent customer service and knowledge from Gina!

I was assisted by two people in store - Atta And Gina. They listened to my needs regarding a guest bed and were most helpful in suggesting and then showing me the various possibilities. They added up the cost of various options to further assist me in my choice.

We been to the store several times until we decided to buy the certain mattress. All the time Gina welcomed us and took care of us - if it was a hot day she offered us a cold drink. Gina is amazing and made our shopping experience to be one of a kind.

I told Gina the sales assistant what I wanted and she gave me options quickly and made the process very easy. The only thing that wasn't satisfactory was the bed frame wasn't available for delivery with the mattress. This isn't a problem for me whilst I was considering the purchase of my new bed. Hopefully the delivery of the items will go as planned.

The service was excellent (from Gina) from when I walked in to when I left... I would recommend dreams in New Cross to all my friends & family, and tell them to ask for Gina..

The colleague was excellent, friendly and made me if so comfortable and chatted to which was great!!!! 100% to Gina newcross gate store. You should be proud of the ladies in that store, they were amazing and it was genuine customer service..... saw how they were even with other customers whilst I was in your store.
