I visited this Dreams store twice. First time to browse for option and second time to decide / purchase. On both occasions, Ginan and Joe were both incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided useful information about the different mattresses and I liked that they gave me space to look round and think about my options because I can be quite indecisive!

Not only were we provided with excellent customer service, and were shown a wide range of products, but when we mentioned that we had to buy boxes (for moving house) they gave us some of their used boxes for free. This level of service was exceptional and made our lives considerably easier.

We were served by Joe and he was brilliant. He took the time to understand our background, our needs and then proceeded to offer products which were tailored to our situation. He was super friendly, not over-bearing and he gave us his honest opinions rather than just recommending the most expensive products. He would show us a few products, give us time to test it out and think about it, then returned to see if there was anything else he could help us with. We spent an hour and a half in the store testing mattresses because we felt we could trust Joe's opinions and expertise. We had no intentions of purchasing a mattress and bed frame on this visit. We just wanted to test the products out but after our conversations and dealings with Joe, we managed to find the products we were looking for/happy with and decided to make a purchase. When we asked for, what we considered, an unusual request (we asked to put down a deposit down then return to pay the oustanding balance as soon as we've exchanged contracts for our property purchase), Joe ensured he got the correct permissions and information to help us arrange this which made our decision to purchase on this visit THAT much easier.
