Dreams - New Cross

I got a parking ticket spoke to store who said hey would dirt out.

We purchased our product from Dreams New Cross Branch and served by a lady named Gina. She was the most helpful person one could wish for and her knowdleage on the products were highly impressive. We visted a few times before buying and each time she answered our questions with a friendly smile. So just wanted to say a special thanks to Gina, a member of staff that Dreams should look after and appreciate. One in a million.

We were highly satisfied because of the customer service received by Jade. We will sadly miss her as she said she will be leaving the New Cross Gate store, we wish her all the best in her new job.

I was surrounded by very professional friendly staff. They are awesome, patient even though I was unable to decided. Taking you through in all Varity of option and make to fill comfortable.

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming and I found that their knowledge of products were great and were very helpful in finding the product that best suited to me

The customer service I received from Joe (the sales attendant) at the New Cross Gate branch in London was excellent.

The lady who was working gave exceptional great customer service. She was on her own (as someone had called in sick) and it was not crazy busy but there were constantly customers that need to be seen too. I was with my 3 year old son so was thought it might be tricky on deciding which bed to choose. However the lady was just brilliant in not only coping with many customers and keeping everyone happy to wait there turn but explaining which bed was best for me and keeping my son entertained at the same time! Just great service all round!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and quickly pointed out the perfect products to us. They shared their personal experiences, which was useful, and gave us time and space to make out decision.

Sales assistant gave relevant information and was very helpful.

Joseph the Dreams colleague was very knowledgeable of the products understood our requirements quickly. He was extremely polite, good humoured and nothing was too much trouble. He explained all the details and made us aware of any other offers. Joseph went through every thing as thoroughly as he could his customer service was excellent. He was a credit to your business.
