Dreams - New Cross

The customer service at Dreams was amazing, Joe was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We had no idea what we were looking for in a mattress and we were guided through all the options with patience and a friendly attitude. AND a cup of tea! We visited Dreams on the last day of their sale as we heard it was very good and we weren't disappointed; we're really pleased with the price. The quoted delivery time wasn't long at all and we can't wait for the mattress to arrive!

Gina was extremely professional and very helpful. She didn't push us towards making any decisions, just gave us all the information we needed in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgable and despite being very busy she kept us informed of how long she would be with someone else. Brilliant service. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep on one of the many beds!!

Visited 4 different stores before walking into the one in New Cross and immediately was happy with the service. Joseph who served me was very helpful and understanding of our needs which we didn't receive in the other stores. We were messed around in the first 2 stores and sent all over the place to view both the Diaz Bed and the Yardley which was not available in the stores we were directed to and noone could point us in the right direction. The staff at the New Cross branch were all welcoming and on both visits were very attentive to what we needed and wanted. Joseph was very co-operative with us and patient as I can imagine how hard it must be trying to help someone find the right mattress and bed as everyone has different requirements. He also directed us to the best items within our price range and did not try and make a quick sale. I cannot express how satisfied I felt after debating which bed frame and mattress and I owe that all to the team at New Cross. I came away on my second visit feeling elated with my decision and now cannot wait to receive my dream bed. I have already recommended to my sister to purchase her bed from the New Cross Dreams branch !!!

Excellent customer service and lovely friendly staff. They made us feel comfortable and encouraged us to lie on the beds properly, giving advice on how to check if the mattress was molding to our body shapes. We were given tea and coffee and didn't feel hurried to make any decision so were able to evaluate which mattress was right for us and are extremely pleased with our decision.
