Dreams - New Cross

I came for a new bed and made a purchase which I am very happy with. The price is reasonable for the quality of bed and mattress, and so overall I am very satisfied. I am looking forward to the delivery!

Gina and the team was amazing. They recognised me from my previous visit (when I came to test and price) and immediately offered me a cuppa. They were friendly and helpful, trying to understand what I need. She understood my budgetary constraints. She was very helpful about other tips on moving home and made some other recommendations. Gina invited me back for a cup of tea when I am next in the area, I might just take her up on her offer! What a lovely experience, best customer service I had in a while.

We were highly satisfied with gina the dreams shop assistant , we told her what we like in a mattress and she answered all our questions , gina also made us a lovely cup of coffee and tea

Gina at the New Cross Gate branch was polite, patient and gave great service with a smile. She knew what advice we needed to hear and, despite it being a busy day, checked if we needed anything as often as she could. Her knowledge of mattresses and sleeping styles was informative and helpful and she was very clear regarding aftercare and the bedcover service plan. Of all the customer service representatives we spoke to in various bedding stores, she was the most helpful. The fact that the mattress had an environmentally friendly anti--dust mite treatment was a real plus as it put our minds at rest. The mattress is great so far.

I went to the Old Kent Rd store as I wanted to try out the different mattress types and Joseph, the sales assistant was very helpful with explaining the difference and helping me to choose the right mattress for my budget.

Stuff were very friendly , they have knowledge and describe very well , they never pish customer to buy , all information was perfect .

The staff in store (Gina & Joe) were very helpful in showing me different mattresses and were knowledgeable about the types of beds on offer and different comfort suitabilities. I felt I was well advised in the mattress I bought and felt reassured if it wasn't right they would help me pick the right one.
