Extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant (Gina) who took her time to explain everything to us, then allowed us as much time as we needed to decide on our ideal mattress.

The staff were brilliant. We were looking for a new bed and had our very grumpy 2 year old with us. Both members of staff that were there really tried to help us to get her to cheer up. They offered drinks, biscuits and balloons. Ultimately it was the response of the staff that made the sale for us and which also resulted in us buying the rest of our bedroom furniture online from Dreams. Joe was the main sales person that assisted us and we really appreciated his help and how cheerful he was. I would thoroughly recommend using this store and the staff.

The Quality of the service was excellent the attention given was first class. Felt comfortable shopping with no pressure added on. The assistant whose name was Joe was very knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable. Didn't feel like we had to rush was left with plenty of time to pick the perfect bed for my needs. The service given was excellent there was no Rush to purchase we were made welcome with refreshments and the member of staff buy the name of Joe was very knowledgeable and very helpful felt at ease spent over 2 1/2 hours choosing the right mattress. It was a joy to shop there.

I had seen the bed before so knew what I wanted to order. Joe was a big help and sorted out the sale very quickly and efficiently.

Lady at the Dreams New Cross branch was very helpful! Very knowledgeable of the range, helped me find a double mattress in my price range (though I ended up pushing the boat out a little!) and offered me a cup of tea! Gave me time to try out the different mattresses, with no pressure, and plenty of pillows! Thanks v much.
