Friendly and informative staff, incredible knowledgeable that understood our needs and could provide a product that suit us to a good price. Gina who helped us, went that little extra mile providing not only excellent service but even offered us tea and coffee. Would definitely come back if we would need to buy another bed or mattress and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

From the moment we entered the store, the service we received from Gina was absolutely first class. Her knowledge of the products on display was second to none. She asked what our requirements were and immediately led us to the right product. We had visited other bed stores but, our experience with Gina was such that we had no hesitation in buying the bed we had looked at upon our first visit earlier in the day. I found our advisor (Joe) to be extremely knowledgeable but also very personal and friendly. He took the time to understand our requirements, understanding that we knew very little before we started! It didn't seem like he was making any hard sell our trying to persuade us to buy a more expensive product. He was much more concerned with ensuring it was the right one for us.

Joe was a very helpful assistant, taking time to understand my needs from my bed, and recommending products based on my budget. His advice on pressure points and joint pain, and how to overcome them, was incredibly helpful, and resulted in me purchasing extra pillows! He was fun, funny, personable and left me with enough space to consider my options and discuss with my partner. When placing an order he worked efficiently, checked my understanding frequently, and helped with delivery options and removals. When I accidentally left the shop without my pillows, he chased me down the street to find me and return my items - he definitely went above and beyond!!

Gina, the agent serving us was highly knowledgeable of the products and what items would best serve our needs. She was not pushy at all, very friendly and thorough. She asked if we wanted the different features explained rather than bombarding us with too much information. We were very impressed.
