Dreams - New Cross

We were given a few minutes to browse before we were asked if we needed help. We explained what we required and the dreams colleague Nandita talked us through the colour coding system used. Her customer service and attention to detail was second to none, a credit to the store.

Staff were very professional and friendly. The delivery date of the product was extremely quicker than I thought it would be.

Your colegue Mandita was eficient and knew which bed i was describing even though you did not have it in store on cisplay. I described what kind of matress i needed she found three types for me to choose from very good customer sevice ended up buying bed matress and cover and two pillows at a good price as i had set a budget.

The price was fair and the quality is good. The staff was very helpful in the shop and the delivery team was really good in meeting our needs for the delivery time.

We had the loveliest man called Joseph help us. He was super friendly, really knew his stuff and helped us make the best decision for what we needed working to our budget. In fact we came in under our budget. He'd only been working there 2 months but he's an absolute asset to your company!

We were originally seen by Gina who explained about the product we were interested in. We then said we would continue to look around the shop, she offered us a drink which we declined. Once having made up our mind to make our purchases we were then seen by Joe (Gina was with another customer). Again we were offered drinks which we then accepted. Joe dealt with our orders, explained everything about delivery and made the arrangements for us. During this time Joe was very friendly and really seemed that he was interested in our purchase. Once Gina had finished with her customer she checked with us that we were happy with our order. It has been a long time since we have found two very friendly, helpful and pleasant assistants. Well done.
