I really had a good experience at Dreams! Also, Joseph (Joe) is a lovely person who helps you with whatever you need. He is an extraordinary salesman.

Gina the sales assistant was extremely helpful and helped my partner and I choose a bed that suited us both as we had different needs. She was also very knowledgeable about all the beds we tried which helped us make our decision. All of the other staff in the store were also friendly and helpful.

Well I am highly satisfied due to the fact the staff allowed me time to look ams experience the products and point out a few which they thought my interest me. Their knowledge of each product was surprisingly accurate and they were very informative.

I did get all that i want,And the staff were very good and helpful they are wonderful worker very good people.

Gina at the New Cross store took time understand what we were looking for, pointed out mattresses for us to try but was not too intrusive and allowed us to look around and try out mattresses for ourselves before returning and asking us how we were finding things / if we had any questions - she had the perfect balance and was incredibly helpful.

The main reason why I was highly satisfied with Dreams was due to the carefully and very profesional services received from the lady who atended us in New Cross shop, Gina. Gina was very kind and helpful with us, because we have gone a couple of times to the shop and the reason why we decided to come back to Dreams instead to other branches was her nice service. People like her is needed in this kind of positions, because frequently when we go to big malls or warehouse we find professionals with lack of knowledge of the products that they are selling. In conclusion, Dreams makes different against its competitors due to this kind of very good professionals. Thank you Gina.

When I made my order today, Gina did an amazing job of helping me out. She really tried to understand my needs and find a mattress and bedding within the right price range. Most importantly, she ensured that all of my products would be delivered to my apartment right after the purchase. Although we had the option of taking the products home ourselves or waiting a few days for them to be delivered, Gina offered to drive them to our apartment after the store closed. I am really thankful for her help. Gina was incredibly knowledgeable of the store products and her help delivering them truly made my purchase a very pleasant experience.
