I walked into the store with my girlfriend looking for an new bed I was served by Gina who was very helpful & friendly explained all the different types of beds and mattresses in the store also give us the ran through of what was available to buy and the different ways of paying and purchasing which is perfect as I am on a budget and I wanted to pay off monthly which is what I done in the end Gina also allowed me and my partner to try out the mattresses and beds in store so I got a good feeling for what I was going to buy also offered us refreshments which was very nice my girlfriend had water Gina was excellent even explaining how the payment system works also how the direct debit will be set up and taken out and what will happen if I deferred payment went through the paperwork with me explaining every step of the way truly excellent customer service Gina Thank You Very Much your a true credit to your business should be store manager

Nandita was very good, explained everything to be in great detail and answered all my questions.

The customer service was great. Joseph was very supportive, even for the itens I said I wouldnt buy at the end. He was quick and helped me to make a good decision.

Dreams New Cross staff are extremely helpful their customer service is second to none. Our customer assistant Gina is very knowledgeable about the products and what was suitable for my father's needs. We would recommend anyone to this store on this experience.

I had been to the store a couple of days before to have a little look and was assisted by Gina, she was so friendly and accommodating and I felt she really listened to what I was looking for and directed me to all the products with some sort of logic sense. I then went home with my options and shared them with my husband. And the next visit we went together to the dreams shop to then make a well informed desicion on which mattress we wanted to buy. Gina was busy in the beginning when we arrived and in that time we were helped and assisted by various very friendly staff. As soon as Gina was free she came over to us and took us through all the options again that I had experienced days before and we were able to ask alllll the questions in the world. Gina was so kind and seemed to have an incredible amount of knowledge and experience about the Dreams products. Which mend when it got to choosing our option it felt right! Ones we made the desicion the whole paying and taking us through what was happening next was really clear explained. So me and my husband are SUPER satisfied and are looking forward to our first night on the NEW mattress!!!! it feels like a holiday treat at home!

The visit was productive and the staff efficient. With the help of the staff we found an adequate product at the price we were hoping to pay.

I VISITED THE STORE ONCE AND HAVE BEEN ON THE INTERNET. MY VISIT THIS TIME WAS AS A RESULT OF RECOMENDATION BY YOUR EMPLOYEE GINA AND JOE. MY VISIT WAS TO MAKE A PURCHASE AFTER SEEING A SALE SIGN DISPLAYED OUTSIDE THE STORE AND INSIDE THE STORE.

The store assistant was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of her way to assist me in every way.

I had researched the bed online but visiting the store and consulting the assistants, I realised I could do better for my needs. I needed help understanding the different qualities of the mattresses and I was given all the information I needed and had the opportunity to try the mattresses. I scored 'satisfied' on availability simply because some of the smaller items such as pillows and mattress toppers I had planned to buy were out of stock due to recent high sales to students starting their new term. The staff were well informed and friendly. I discovered this was Charlene's first week but she was highly professional, understood my needs, directed me to and demonstrated the appropriate products for my needs. Where I had more technical questions, she quickly and efficiently recruited help from more senior staff.
