The lady who looked after is called Nandita... she had vast knowledge of the products and she was very easy to understand in her presentation. I was able to make a great choice due to her clear and concise presentation of the products and services.

I was highly satisfied with the whole experience of my visit to dreams. The sales assistant was extreme helpful, he was patient, listened to my requirements and showed me all of the available options that would suit my requirements. He didn’t rush me and allowed me to fully test the product before I purchased. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was selling and had a very good sale manner. In fact I will be returning at the end of the month to purchase a bed frame. I would highly recommend dreams and the service that I received there.

The assistance provided by Gina was amazing, highly knowledge, friendly and felt comfortable within the store.

Gina, was exceptional. She knew the products well and I didn't feel overpressured to buy. In fact we left but rang back and hour later and ordered from her. Her product knowledge and advice was great and I really feel like I bought the right mattress for my personal needs.

I was paid attention to from the moment I entered the store, and there was a friendly interchange. The very nice lady (named: Nandita) was extremely efficient, without being impersonal. She explained matters clearly and concisely, but with interest and warmth. She was friendly whilst being professional and articulate. The overall experience was enjoyable (Not that I am a 'Retail Therapy' enthusiast) and immediate; I was happy to hand over the cash in a relaxed and reassured frame of mind. Hopefully, the order will be manufactured, delivered and supplied with the same enthusiasm and professionalism. Thank you! 10/10 (Thus far!)

Friendly, efficient and helpful store personnel.

Nandita served me and was very attentive and understood my needs. The bed looks like it is good quality, and although I have since found similar looking beds for much cheaper online, I was convinced by the after sales care Nandita described, and hopefully, this being my first bed (after having rented furnished places for 10years) will be worth it.

The Sales Assistant Gina was excellent, she really took her time explaining the different mattresses to us and how we should select the one that suited us best.
