Dreams - New Cross

Our first visit was to Beckton store and Asif was great. We then went to New Cross Gate store and Gina was also brilliant. It was all about the service

Good assistance from staff, and willingness to discuss our specific needs.

Gina spent several hours explaining one and outs about mattress. I didn't know there are so much scientific knowledge and technology involved making good mattress also she told me so much about furniture a d pillows and douvet. I would like to work for Dreams too , serious busses which cares about good sleep.

I went into the bed shop next door (Bensons Beds) where the staff had no knowledge about beds, were unable to give me correct pricing on options and were totally uninspiring. I walked out and straight into Dreams where Nandita came straight up to me asking if she could help. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional. She took the time to understand what I wanted and selected the right products for me to test and set out the options very clearly. I wasn't able to buy at the time so she wrote down all the details that I needed. I called the following day to make my purchase. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and polite and made the ordering very straightforward. I would 100% recommend them for great customer service, knowledgeable friendly staff, no pushiness, just a really good shopping experience. Thank you!

The shop assistant was very helpful in explaining the differences between different types of mattresses. She also encouraged us to lie on the mattresses to get the feel of it. She stayed an hour longer after the shop closing time the first time when we visited the shop and did not rush us into making any decision. We did buy two mattresses on the first visit, several days later, we make a second visit and bought another mattress. We will come back in the future.

We were recognised as we entered store, as we had bought our bed there last year. We explained our needs and were shown various choices both on the shop floor and in the catalogues. We were offered tea and biscuits and the assistant even googled our grandchildren's school to ascertain when half term was, as that was influencing delivery times. We were very impressed!

Not only was the assistant (Gina, at the New Cross Gate store) very kind, she was extremely knowledgeable, and patient, while I tested the different mattresses. She made the process of choosing a mattress very easy, and explained all the T&C's clearly. I would highly recommend this shop again for all future mattresses purchases.

Joe assisted us greatly with our choice, he was extremely helpful, polite and put us at ease with his whole approach. Well Done JOE, myself personally I do not like feeling pressurised and I was impressed with his whole approach.
