The sales assistant was professional knowledgeable made us feel comfortable offered many alternatives in which I made the right choice. The layout of the store is inviting bright signposted and clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they made the whole process very enjoyable. They were available but not too pushy and understanding of my needs. The were very accommodating and eager to find solutions. Overall it seemed like an honest experience and it was easy to find what I was looking for, a mattress of great quality that suited me.

Joe was friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable and I unafraid to ask questions. He made my purchase experience worth my time. He listened to my needs and provided the options and products for me to make my choice from. I would come back to the shop for this welcoming staff member and signpost this to friends and family.

I trusted him as he was honest, helpful and his product knowledge was 100%. I was offered and given a cup of tea by Nandita who was equally as amazing . My whole experience was fantastic !
