Dreams - New Cross

I was really happy with the service I received from Joe at Dreams, New Cross. He was really helpful and seemed to have an excellent knowledge of quite a wide range of mattresses at this store.. His friendly nature made it easier for me to select the right mattress for me. I had visited here twice in a week and he remembered me, which was nice. I hadn't a clue which mattress was the right one for me but Joe's product knowledge helped me into making the right choice which for me is of major importance . He also had that great personal touch of allowing me that (time alone) to get a feel for the bed. I didn't feel pushed into the decision, it came rather easily. Here's the thing, I don't usually leave feedback on any purchase I make at any store, but I felt I must on this occasion because I came away very satisfied.

Gina is an experienced staff with high knowledge about everything. Jordan is getting a good traning from her.

The choices of mattresses and beds were good and well explained. The ordering process was easy and the assistant was very pleasant throughout.

Staff took a lot of time understanding our needs and offering assistance on various product.

My first experience at dreams was great, this was the first time I have been into a bed store and the staff there were very welcoming, especially Joesph (the member of staff who served me). I finally found the bed of my 'Dreams'. Thanks again team!

Their advise was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
