We were given very clear and detailed guidance in the store which made our decision-making as easy as it could have been.

The person who sold the mattress was very good at what she was doing and helped to call a carb, she has very good customer service.

Gina was absolute Star. She explained everything clearly and her knowledge is fantastic.

The two assistants that helped were Gina and Jordan,I explained what I needed what type of mattress and was shown a few which was very helpful,I picked one but felt like I was being pulled in so I was recommended to another which was perfect,the temper mattress is so comfortable even if I only stayed on it for minutes it felt right,they gave me all the information on the temper mattress that Ive never had anywhere else I've purchased a mattress from,I will definitely be recommending dreams to my friends and I will be visiting dreams for sure,thankyou for there excellent customer service and there care.regards.pete,

Gina, the attendant, welcomed me warmly and enquired the reason for my visit. I told her exactly what I was looking for taking into account my sciatica and arthritis. She recommended two mattresses and I lay on them to ascertain which felt very comfortable. I requested to have my old mattress taken away. She quoted a figure. She got me the earliest delivery date. She offered me a nice cup of tea. It was a pleasure doing business with cheerful informative Gina and I will readily recommend her and her store to family and friends who seek excellent service.

Very efficient process, didn't feel pressured to buy

The lady who served us was very knowledgeable, quickly understood our needs, took time to see we purchased the right product for our needs, she was friendly and very efficient.

Dandita was really friendly and extremely helpful, listening to our budget and the request of items. She was very knowledgeable of all products, and although we were not in a position to buy extra products, we have made a note of items she recommended. She did not push us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable to buy extra items.
