Gina was friendly and very helpful and polite. She knows her beds!

I particularly liked the assistant who dealt with me. He was very friendly and informative, plus he seemed to take a real interest in helping me choose which bed was best for me. His name was Joseph (Jo), and I felt he was on the same wavelength as me and I would actively seek his attention the next time I visit. I particularly liked the fact that he wasn't pushing me into a purchase, and he had a good sense of humour.

I'm impressed with the level of professionalism. I do not feel rushed nor a nuisance with the amount of question that i had to ask. I was and still am confident in my purchase. I plan to re visit the store in the near future.

I was highly satisfied because although the store was busy as it is the Christmas period and the sales are going on, Gina approached me quickly after serving another customer and she didn't rush. We both had quite a lot of Knowledge about the bed and this made things move swift. I was offered a hot drink and I received an all round friendly service.

I was very happy with the quality of the beds and the friendliness of the staff very helpful because I come to the store yesterday looks around I meant to other storesI looked at the beds that I was not Not impressed with how long it took staff to come So I went to dreams today I did have a look around again and and Fell in love with the bed and had to have it

Staff were very helpful and friendly, products I had seen online were available to view in store. Delivery is a little longer than I had hoped but I am sure my new bed will be worth waiting for.

I think they were really onpoint with taking us through the purchasing of our bed, would really recommend this service to anyone interested in purchasing a bed.
