Dreams - New Cross

Very efficient service from Gina - we were able to be in and out in 20 mins, completely satisfied with what we had selected. The process of getting a delivery slot was a bit clunky, but Gina and Charlene got everything sorted - plus I do appreciate this must be a very busy time of year

I have a back pain problem so I need to change my mattress. I try to visit the shop to find the best and proper mattress for me and my budget. I visited 2 shops and Dreams was the first shop I went. First, I met Jordan who is Dreams staff. He helped me to check which one could send to me quickly and help with my back pain and the most important fit for my budget. However, I did not buy it at that time because I wanted to try at other shops. So I went another one and I found that new shop quite more over my budget and take 2-3 weeks delivery. Finally, I came back and chose my new mattress from Dreams. Thanks Jordan, he is kindly person and good service.

Nandita was friendly and available to help but not pushy. Very knowledgeable staff and understanding of what we could get within our price range. Would definatly recommend and visit again.

Hello, I am very satisfied because I had a great customer service in the shop I visited on the 31st of December. Gina, the sales assistant was knowledgeable, patient, and let us take our time. We found the perfect mattress and unfortunately there was not instore the kind of bed I was after, but she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. helpfulness of staff and knowledge of items

We were served by Jordan and Gina in the New Cross Gate store. We visited the store twice in order to buy a mattress and then to buy sheets and a cover. Both times it was close to closing time on New Years Eve and New Years Day - both times the service was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - they went out of their way to provide an excellent service and we would have no problems at all in recommending the store and these members of staff in particular.

At first we were only going to purchase a complete bed for our son - he at 35 decided he was old enough to buy it himself. We decided in that case to purchase a mattress for our daughters room and a new mattress for ourselves. Our whole experience was made easy and comfortable with the help of 'Nan' of your New Cross Branch. She covered the whole area of showing all the mattresses we would find most comfortable after we discussed our needs. Nan showed great customer care - not being to pushy but giving good advice. We were not rushed but allowed to take our time with trying out - even getting us pillow that we are used to using. When taking our order all went smooth and consideration taken for date of delivery. We opted for the cover plan on two being that our daughter only stays occasionally with us. We were told of our options if at all dissatisfied and to top it all were given free mattress covers. In all the store and staff made us most welcome - my hubby loved his cup to coffee! Thank you Dreams - Happy New Year from the Chandler family
