Friendly and professional service from Gina and Jordan.

The lady that assisted us was called nandita she was extremely helpful and gave us enhough time to decide on the bed we liked she gave us all the information we needed on the beds we liked she also offered us tea and coffee while we decided and gave us a measuring tape to make sure the bed would fit correctly In our bedroom.

Gina was so friendly as soon as I walked in the store. Offering us drinks and to take our coats as we looked round the store. Relaxed environment with no pressure to try and sell, but took the time to find what our needs were for a mattress

Our assistant (Nandita) was helpful, knowledgeable, diplomatic and very considerate - which was especially important as my partner has had complex back surgery. The whole atmosphere in the store was welcoming and the staff clearly worked as a team, assisting each other with sales and looking after each other's customers. We were made to feel really welcome, offered tea or coffee - very welcome on a cold winter's day. Most of all, the sale, delivery and whole transaction was one of the pleasantest I have experienced. Went to Dreams in New Cross Gate, South East London, had a fantastic experience as the shop assistant, Jordan, knew the products well and was able to answer any questions we had. He was amazing and very patient as it took us some time to choose the right bed and the mattress. His hospitality and knowledge of everything in-store was a great help. Delivery was on day and at time which we had previously agreed. Excellent service!

The person who assisted me buying a mattress called called gina was extremely friendly and had great advice to provide me with.

The assistant Jordan was extremely helpful. Even though he is a young man and not been with the store for a long time his knowledge was exceptional.

I was served by Nandita who was very informative and helped me to make a final decision on my new mattress. She was patient and very kind. I took her advice and purchased a temper mattress which I am sure I will not regret. I was in the store for some time and one of her lovely colleagues made me a cup of tea and some biscuits as she had overheard me saying that I had not eaten all day. Such a positive experience, I will definitely be back!

Gina Product knowledge of the store was very good ,her knowledge& know how on my needs was very good , she was well manned polite very patiene when dealing with me she explained the different times of mattrest which was on display throughout the store, I would go back again & would tell friends family to use the store her customer service was top class D Allen
