Joe, the shop assistant was professional, kind and helpful. He knows about his job .. we left the shop satisfied with the product we did choose and with Joe's customer service skills...

Very helpful advice and direction in store, which allowed us make to fast - but knowledgeable - purchase. Everything was explained clearly and Joe, who was looking after us, anticipcated our needs e.g. offering coffees, giving us alternative pillows to use after seeing one of us slept on our side etc.

Jordan was wonderful. He took his time explaining everything, showing us around. The store manager Gina was also incredibly helpful. They both have such wonderful manners. Thank you

Our experience at Dreams was great because of Joseph. Although we got to the store 15 minutes before closing, he was accommodating, answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed. Also, throughout the buying process he gave us all the assistance we needed and didn't rush through anything even though the store had shut.
