Dreams - New Cross

I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received in store. I was given suggestions on what to buy and was given the option to try different mattresses out. Staff were patient and helpful.

I called before I went, was given friendly advice and help on how to get there. When I arrived the staff were friendly, helpful, funny and kind, without being 'in my face' or pushy. They even made me a cup of tea! It was a lovely experience. Quite one of the nicest I have had in a shop for a long time. I also wanted to go and look at the area as I used to live nearby and they were happy to look after my purchase while I did so, and then gave me advice on which bus to take on my way back.

On arrival at the store we were met by Gina, She listened to us as we told she what we were looking for and our reasons. She showed us different items and pointed out they quality's, along with that we should keep in mind when testing each item. She was friendly and easy to get on with and made the visit relaxing. The store was well laid out , as well as being clean and tidy.

The staff was highly knowledgeable of the products in store. Gave us good advice on what we should be looking for in comfort and pointed us towards the type of mattress that could help relief my back problem due to my body shape. We were then left to check out the products without the assistant input. Also very helpful once we decided to buy by explaining all the different payment types and the pit falls. overall it was a great experience mainly due to the helpful staff.

The Dream colleague was informative, helpful, friendly and his knowledge of the requirements went over and above my expectations. He knew exactly what I needed for the mid-sleeper bed I was about to buy for my son. He took me through various options for bed frames too.

Gina who helped me was so friendly and she knew everything there is to know about mattresses including scientific facts! I was able to try out loads of beds and take as long as I wanted to make up my mind.

Gina was brilliant. Dreams was the first store we walked into and we have never bought a bed before. Gina gave us an overview of the various matresses and then informed us of various tests to do on the mattresses to ensure we achieved the correct comfort required. She also helped talk us through the various styles of bed frames and head boards. Both Gina and her colleagues were very attentive and friendly - they even offered us a cup of tea, as it was raining outside. We felt no pressure to buy and everyone spent a lot of time with us. Within an hour of walking into the store we bought our bed! I think this is testimont to the great service we received. We are very much looking forward to our new bed for our new home as newlyweds.

We visited the store a few days ago and staff member Jordan was very very helpful and plasant in explaining all our questions. He didn't rush us or made us feel like we needed to hury to make a decision. After a few days of checking out other stores we decided to go back to dreams this afternoon. Jordan immediately recognised us and again was very helpful and pleasant throughout our dealings with him. The store manager Gina also was very informative and helpful. She made sure that we picked the right matress for us which we really appreciated it. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would like to thank Jordan and Gina for their patience and help.

Joseph was very helpful and friendly. Kindly brought over some coffee as we tried pillows, great service!
