Dreams - New Cross

I was helped by Delena and I was really blown away by her product knowledge. She was so easy to talk to, she listened to what I needed and although she is clearly very good at her job she didn’t feel at all “salesy” which is a quality I really like in a sales person! I was helped almost immediately after entering the store and Delena was never far away as I was testing out the beds and was always very ready to answer any questions I had. I really can’t stress enough how great she was.

Everything was to my satisfaction, from the the young sales lady, the advice she gave was excellent, the range of bedding was excellent, the overall experience was highly satisfying.

From the moment I walked into the store I felt welcomed and my needs were met. Medinat was very supportive and helped me find the bed I needed. She also recommended a great mattress too.

The lady assistant was so helpful and thorough in helping me choose my bed and mattress and pillows nothing was too much trouble , I like the fact you get measured for the mattresses that suits you .

The lady called Gina who dealt with me was highly knowledgeable about the range of mattress I was looking to purchase for my arthritic Mum and took the time to make sure I ordered one that would suit her. I cannot praise her enough ,plus she had such a friendly manner , so totally professional.
