The warm welcome make me feel so comfortable. I always lazy to go and "try" mattress but the honesty and naturality of the staff is excellent. The professionality and the right explanations from the staff is excellent and we are sure we have make the right decision with the matters we have chosen. I must tell as well that we have the sensation that the quality of the materials are really good, as we have try other brands and we haven't had the same sensation.

The assistant was very knowledgable about the products. She took time to listen and understand what we were looking for in a mattress.

Gina who assisted us with the purchase was very approachable and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and gave advice we needed. She made an effort of getting to know our needs and finding the best product that would work for us. We were very impressed by her ability.

My husband and I were looking for 2 new mattresses and we didn't have a clue about all of the different options. Gina in the New Cross store explained everything thoroughly and allowed us to try the different styles in store. The customer service was second to none and we are very pleased with our purchases.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and the assistant Nadita was very helpful, she asked us what kind of mattress we were looking for and showed us a few different types, as she understood more what we were looking for she found us the perfect mattress. Offered us a cup of tea and was reallly super at looking after us. I was very impressed with her friendliness and professionality.

Gina was so attentive to me, letting me try the bed out & showing me every aspect of how to work the handset,making sure I was comfortable at all times. Offering me & my friend cups of coffee & making us feel at home. Gina has a very friendly personality which is genuine.she explained how I would have VAT relief as I have cancer & receive PIP. I would definitely visit that store again & recommend it to my friends. She went through all the paperwork with me & explained everything to me in detail.
