Our customer service rep, Gina was very knowledgeable. She patiently listened to our requirements and did a fabulous job recommending the different products that would suit our needs. She listed the pros and cons of each product and helped us to decide. We have visited dfferent retailers, but the kind of service and attention we received from Gina was outstanding. She is the reason we finalized our purchase today. We were highly impressed.

The person who attended to me took his time to explain the qualities of different mattresses, and allows me to make my choice. His relationship with customers is well recommended. The man was calm and nice.

Immediately greeted by friendly sales assistant Nandita who helped us during our time at Dreams. Wide selection of mattresses that ultimately led to a satisfied purchase.

Gina was very welcoming as we entered the store, she made me, my wife and our the three very lively children feel very comfortable, she has attention to details and a passion for what she does, (I know this coming from a customer service field myself), very patient, experienced and extremely pleasant, she made us feel like we were the only people in the shop, I will recommend that she is made a customer service trainer as she is a great asset to your company, my grateful regards to Gina and the team at New Cross.

We were out to shop in TKMax and Dreams was just along side. We had discussed needing a new mattress and why not pop in to see what was on offer for us. We had not long been in store, when assistance was offered but we preferred to look around for ourselves, but once choosing what we thought was the one, Jordan was able to help us in our choice, having nearly chosen one with memory foam, which is ok but not for us. Eventually we chose, with his help, a firm mattress and hope we get lots of wonderful nights sleep on it, once we get used to it of course 😀😀 Looking forward to delivery day, and a big thanks to Jordan for his expertise
