Nandita was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about eh products and understood our differing needs quickly. Offered us a tea and looked after us whilst we explored and got to grips with the final choices and offered sound and practical advice to get us to where we wanted to be. Ended up with a great bed and great price, didn't push to sell crazy expensive items that would not have matched what we wanted

I was served be Jordan and he was very knowledgeable about the product and committed to his job. He was very confident in the products he introduced me to.

She patiently and carefully listened to our needs throughout the buying process and helped us to find the right product for us. Both Jordan and Gina were very friendly, helpful and professional while at the same time they allowed us personal time to try the mattresses and think about our choices without being intrusive or making us feel uncomfortable. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and we will go back again in the future. They answered all our queries, showed understanding to our concerns and have been very patient with us. Our main problem was that we have not found yet our future home so we are not exactly sure what furniture we will need. Nevertheless they were very understanding and helpful. Finally we chose to order a mattress with the flexibility to swap it to other furniture if our new home has already a bed and mattress. That was highly appreciated and we were very happy to pay the deposit for our buy knowing that whatever happens at the end we will be satisfied. Many thanks.
