Dreams - New Cross

My husband and I were greeted almost immediately by a staff member. The staff member, Jordan was very helpful in showing us the various types of mattresses we were interested in and also discussed the similarities to other mattresses we had seen on the Dreams website that were not available on the shop floor. I felt that we were listened to and given all the relevant information and not pushed into buying something that we did not want. Jordan answered all of our questions, allowed us to take our time in testing each mattress and even made my husband a cup of coffee. The only negative is that we have to wait over a week for our new bed, which is not the fault of the team and largely because of our work schedules. Fabulous service.

Nandita was super helpful, she recommended alternatives and helped me find the perfect products. Following my purchase, my friend was due to arrive in a van to transport my mattresses, but unfortunately he was running late. As this was just before 6 pm, Nandita and her team agreed to stay later with me to prevent me standing outside, as it was snowing! I could not fault the customer service and will be back again! Joe (Joseph) from New Cross Gate store was such an amazing store assistant and just an amazing person in general. I would also give a shout out to the entire Dream's team in New Cross Gate who are extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help at all times. The selections of bed were great and we were given all the time we need to decide on the bed. Honestly we were there for 2 hours and we were made to feel so welcomed!

The staff were very very friendly and helpful. Some one came out to great me as soon as i got to the shop. They let me choose the mattress that suited me the most and I wasn't pressured into buying the most expensive mattress in the shop. I came back to the shop the following day and was seen by a different person but it was as efficient and pleasurable as the first staff member. their names were Charlene and Jordan. I would really come back to this store...

Joe was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and how they would work for us. Spent a lot of time going through options of mattresses and what we would like. Felt like finding a good fit rather than a pushy sales man.

The knowledge of Gina was amazing, I was looking at one bed and on Gina advised on another that suited my needs better. When I went to pay Nandita explained further on my choice as I was still thinking about another model. They were very helpful, my sons current bed was from Argos and has broken after 2yrs and I let them both know the issues we had experienced - the fact that this bed will be here in 7 days and assembled for me, matches the service I received back in October from Debenhams for my bed, but for 3 times the price.
