I was served by Gina who was very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and was exceptionally helpful without being pushy. I was going to shop around but was so impressed by her that I made my purchase on the spot.

Customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and great offers.

My husband I arrived at the store - we did say that we want to buy a bed. The assistant was amazing was amazing. Nandita the Sales Assistant and also Gina who also had excellent knowledge of the product advised us on everything without being pushy. I told Nandita my price range and she took so much time in finding what we wanted. Everything was simple. We were offered coffee and we sat down and continued with the process of purchasing. Everything was so professional but also with a warm friendly manner. We were very satisfied customers.

Gina was amazing! She took a lot of time to patiently explain to me all about the product, I could see she was busy but not once did she rush me while I was making up my mind. Extremely happy with the experience.

The store was warm , clean and well layed out . I was immediately approached by a member of staff who was very welcoming and helpful . I was given as much time as needed to pick and decide on the product I was interested in and was offered a hot beverage whilst my order was processed. The overall experience was 10/10 and was even more delighted that the product I had chosen was on sale .

Gina was really helpful and went into a lot of detail about the products we were interested in. Very happy and nice to speak to. We were able to take as much time as we liked and when we asked Gina about timings and costings etc she could tell us right away. Very happy with the overall service.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly in store. Listening to our needs and pointing us in the right direction. They even helped distract our toddler while we made decisions which we were very grateful of.
