Team of people very friendly and competent. Gina helped us a lot in our choice.

I liked the customer service I received as soon as I walked in to the store, I was greeted with a good morning, I was even offered tea or coffee which was a nice gesture. The employee who served me her name was Nandita, she asked me what I was looking for and recommended a few items before allowing me to look around but stated she would come back to check on me, which I thought was considerate and how customer service should be. When Nandita returned she helped with my selections, offered good product knowledge and gave me a good price for my items. Her work colleagues on the day were very nice and took interest in what I did over the weekend and even asked me what my occupation was and we had a conversation about it because one of the member of staff worked there. I wanted my item to be delivered to my house as soon as possible and Nandita was able to make that happen, originally the iteam was meant to come 3/4 weeks but Nandita managed to get the item to come for next week, that made me happy. I left the shop feeling satisfied and happy that my purchased my items that day and will be delivered quickly as well.

Staff give exceptional service. They are very patient, understanding and I believe they went above and beyond to serve me. They offered me tea and coffee with my son. Had kids coloring area. Took steps to understand my needs by calling hotels I'd stayed in to get name of mattress I slept on so that they can sell me the same.

Joe was very good explaining and clear in what we needed also very friendly we got a very good service from Joe
