Very good service and sales experience. We the mattress of our dream!

Both my sister and I were very impressed with Gina and how she understood exactly what we were looking for as we were purchasing for our mother. Her advice, guidance and knowledge was excellent and the whole experience was easy.

Our customer assisstant Gina was so helpful, friendly and professional. She did not rush us, had fantastic knowledge and ensured our daughter was also looked after well so we could ask the questions and the paperwork we needed to do more easily. She provided her with colours, a drink and a big cuddly bear and sweets. Gina made our experience so easy and we were highly satisfied on all counts. She really could not do any more if she tried. Though the Newcross store is not our local store we just happened to be passing, i would defintley return to newcross instead of our local store as the service that Gina provided really was impecable and brilliant.

Customer service was and has been brilliant every time I have visited the store . I have been served by Gina each time I have visited . her friendly nature and product information knowledge, is great and the tea and biscuits well say no more.

The lovely lady Charlenne helped us as soon as we entered the store. Charlenne was very polite and very helpful. We was in and out of the store within 40 minutes, and walked out with smiles on our faces. Can not wait for our new bed to be delivered this Friday (13th April). The salesman Joe was very engaging. We found him to be both knowledgeable and approachable and he really 'sold' the product to me. I was debating between a £700 mattress from you & a £500 one from a rival and Joe clinched the sale. He listened to what we wanted and had the technological knowledge to back up his information. He was honest and open with us, and made the overall experience as pleasant as possible. The other staff members were all friendly and approachable too, and they seemed to have a positive team spirit with each other which we appreciated.
