Gina - the vendor was extremely patient, knowledgeable and she understood our needs. She also spent time playing with our little one when we were trying the beds.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and gave the perfect amount of information-not too overbearing. The assistant was friendly and professional without being too imtimate.

Gina, the sales assistant welcomed me the store as I walked through the door, asked me what I was looking for, asked if I'd like a tea, coffee or water, and then showed me all the options available for my enquiry, explained how each produced was produced and the difference in each product type. Gina was extremely knowledgeable, and I was very much impressed.

Gina had excellent knowledge and patience, and identified the right things for us to try. We needed a mattress urgently: delivery time is a big problem for mattress customers, but she solved our problem by offering to put the mattress in her own car after hours and deliver it to my house herself. Fantastic.
