The member of staff was easy to talk to and took the time to listen to my needs.

Joe is one of the most personable, friendly and helpful sales persons I have ever dealt with. He put himself in my shoes, asked the relevant questions and recommended a better solution to my needs than I was even aware of! He solved my urgent delivery problem by suggesting an Uber taxi - something I would not have considered - and I had a wonderfully comfy bed ready to sleep on by the end of the day. The assistance i received from the person that attended to me was exceptional.

Gina was really lovely and knew a lot about the products. she spent a long time with us showing us different mattress types and making sure we fond the one right for us with lots of tips and insights. She genuinely wanted to help us get a good nights sleep not just push her products. She also stayed an extra 30 minutes past closing time to help us.
