Gina who assisted us was very knowledgable, attentive, helpful and understanding. She listened to everything I was looking for and then gave excellent recommendations.

Joe was extremely helpful and friendly. He greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and offered the right level of advice. He was quick and efficient when processing the order and explained everything clearly

Joe was amazing with showing us different types of mattresses and comparing prices with. He was incredibly nice and went further and beyond to help us find the right purchase. Would recommend 10/10.

I was served by Joe and Nandita at the Dreams store in New Cross. Joe has served me before and is so friendly, he recognised me as soon as I walked into the store and has great conversation, he sells comfort not prices. They are were both so polite and helpful with such great product knowledge.

Came in looking for single mattress for my baby girl. Was served by Joseph who kindly showed me the mattress I would required for my daughter's bunk bed & also was very patient and also was very kind to my youngest daughter. She even insist he have her coloring and helped her stick it on their wall. Great service on the whole. Will definitely come back again when I consider getting a new mattress for myself.

Gina & Joe gave excellent customer service, they are both very warm and friendly people and really know their products! They both took the time to listen to our wants and our needs and our budget and they was both great with our two children and was very welcoming to us all.It has been such a long time since I have seen or received that high level of customer service that Gina and Joe both gave us today, will certainly be going back if I was to win the prize draw as will want spend it at Dreams with Gina and Joe.

Gina gave a great service from start to finish. She was professional and understood our needs. She was not pushy and done a great deal for which gave us trust to buy straight away.
