Dreams - New Cross

Joseph the assistant could not have been more friendly and helpful. He directed us to the sofabed area, made me a cup of tea, and talked in detail about the product, cushion covers, delivery times and dates, and the terms and conditions. We were very satisfied with the overall experience. I had viewed the product online beforehand and I was very pleased to see it on show in the store, and better than it looked online.

Found the bed we wanted easily. Service from Joseph was outstanding.

The assistants at Dreams made our experience wonderful from the start to the end. The pillows myself and Finacee wanted for our new bed and mattress were unavailable at the time so the store manager “Gina” drove them to our house herself when they arrived back instore. Going above and beyond, great service!

I have been looking for mattresses online, then drove by a Dreams store and dropped in on the spur of the moment. Joe at the New Cross store could not have been more helpful. He talked through all the products that met my criteria, he spent ages going through everything with me, he was extremely clear and very personable, and made me aware very clearly about all my options, both for the purchase and the delivery. Fabulous, fabulous customer service. It just makes online shopping a dreary and challenging alternative. I enjoyed every moment in the store.

Good choice and quality of headboards. Reasonable price. Good option for 5 year headboard cover. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The staff are very helpful in Dreams new cross branch we have a very good service we got what we wanted with a good deal of price .

Actually, it was TK Max in new cross that I went to do shopping before headed to Dreams store just to view before ended bought matrass. at the store I meet a lady call Gina she was very good customer assistant. in fact she really assist me to get what I want.

The first two beds i was interested in were out of stock. But Gina was very helpful and i didn't get disheartened. She was a real people person,over a period of three days i cam back to decide over a bed and she was so helpful and patient with me when i called to ask a question over the bed before purchase. She was great, the delivery guys were polite, professional and i now have a lush bed. That i will be bragging to family and friends about...Dreams was suggested to me by my parents and it turns out Gina sold them their bed a while back. I hope all stores are as good.

The assistant who helped me is called Joe. He was extremely helpful and friendly and also very knowledgeable about the products. He spent a lot of time with me to help me pick the products and also explained all steps of the process very well. He is definitely an asset for the company.
