Staff was very knowledgeable and informative.

The staff we met was Nadita, she was very kindly and professional. We were unsure of what to buy or wheter to get it now or after. But with her explanation, dedication and time spent with us we were very pleased to finalise with our purchase. We are now for the delivery but we are sure that we'll enjoy the product.

I am highly satisfied because the services that I get incredibly satisfied, as the customer service even helping with my kids by providing them writing painting and some balloons for a good gesture. I haven't seen some great customer service for some time but I really want to appreciate the new cross gate dreams brunch.

Although they were busy, Gina calmly explained all the different options we have for our 6-year-old daughter's mattress and how the new mattresses comply with the new legislation. Gina explained it in a pleasant manner, even though I know she probably has to say the same information 40 times a day. Gina was patient with my indecision when at first as It was finding it hard to make a decision between a sprung or a foam mattress Gina remained smiling throughout. Joe finished of our order for us and was pleasant during the usually boring terms and conditions part of the transaction. The upstairs part was very hot and I was offered a cold drink before going up there to compare mattresses. I like the fundraising events going on in the shop as well. It gives the shop a community feel. It is our second visit to the shop as we had bought the Kingsize mattress for our bed a few years ago. The whole team was pleasant despite working in hot conditions inside on a sunny bank holiday! Thank yo for your service.

Joe the assistant who served us was totally friendly very informative and so helpful, he wasn’t pushy at all and explained very clearly anything we did not understand and set us at ease because at the end of the day I have spent a lot of money and i was treated very well by Joe
