Dreams - New Cross

The customer advisor (Gina at the New Cross Gate Store) was excellent, really informed and really helped me find what I needed. She was attentive and really friendly too.

My wife and I were highly impressed with the customer service we received, we tried out about 10 beds before selecing the one of our choice, Nandita the Dreams colleague was very knowledgeable and helped us at every stage of our selection. We were so impressed with the bed we bought for ourselves that we also ordered a single bed for our son at the same time. As we were so relaxed and the quality of the beds and matresses was so good we even bought the bedlinen, pillows and matress toppers. The choice was excellent and it was great to get everything we needed under one roof.

We had just visited a competitor (Bensons for Beds) next door and had been disappointed at the late acknowledgment of our presence (we'd almost completely finished walking around the showroom before someone approached us) and the lack of product knowledge when we asked for advice. Myself and my partner know nothing about mattresses having never bought one before and were really unsure where to start. However when we visited Dreams we were greeted as soon as we entered the store, which made us feel very welcome. Joseph gave us really wonderful service (including making us a lovely cup of tea)! His product knowledge was excellent and we learnt more from him about mattresses in 5 minutes than we had in 30 next door! We spent a couple of hours at the store and were made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Even if the prices had been higher at Dreams than at the competitor, we would have still bought through Dreams, purely down to quality of service by Joseph.

I highly recommend New Cross Dreams store. The staff was highly experienced and showed the highest knowledge of the products I have ever seen in any other stores. I went to the store with the only intention to look around and I walked out with a bed. I was impressed by the product confidence that the staff have shown and they were ready to provide me with every single info I needed. I was beyond impressed and next time that I need a bed or forniture I know where to go. I was part of a great customer experience. Every retailer should learn how to deliver a great customer service in this fantastic New Cross store.

The sales assistant Gina was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. I have medical problems and explained to her that I wanted a new bed before my spinal surgery. Once she was aware of my needs, she narrowed down the most beneficial mattresses and explained in great detail how each one provides different levels of support to the spine and how it could benefit me personally. She took her time with me and went to great lengths to ensure I was completely satisfied with my final choice. I think she's brilliant. I am so excited to sleep in my new bed! Gina was really knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time to listen to what I was looking for, and showed me a variety of different beds & mattresses to suit my needs. She was also in the middle of training a new starter so I found that very impressive.
