There person serving us was knowledgeable and listened to our needs which was good as I have disabilities.

Charlene who helped me listened attentively to my needs (I am heavily pregnant and have had spinal surgery and have been experiencing considerable pain due to old mattress.) She quickly directed me towards suitable mattresses. By carefully listening and due to her exceptional knowledge of the products, we were able to get it down to 2 products really quickly. She then let me have as much time as I wanted trying them out and checked in periodically to see how I was doing. I really liked that she knew so much about the products and their features and that she had recently visited the factory where the mattress I chose was made. She was attentive and helpful but I never felt pressured or hurried and she has a lovely friendly but professional demeanour. It was an initial visit to see what my options might be and I am delighted that I was able to make a purchase today thanks to her expertise and the fact that she really listened to what I needed. I was already very satisfied and had made the purchase when my husband and three year old arrived and to top it all off, they welcomed her and gave her a colouring sheet and made her feel so welcome she didn't want to leave! Thank you Charlene!

Kristy was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us understand how the store was laid out, what our options were, and how to decipher the price tags and colour codings clearly and succinctly. She was available to help without being overbearing, and made us feel confident about both our options, the price, and the quality of the product. We weren't absolutely sure we were going to walk away with a purchase that day, but Kristy's service persuaded us to go ahead. Nandita also assisted with the final purchase, and was polite and helpful both to ourselves and to her colleague. Could not recommend these two more.

Dreams were very helpful when I told them of my back injury I have experienced recently when sleeping on a mattress which broke a few months ago (this was not a Dreams Purchase). They avbised me on my options in regards to a new mattress, including tips of how to take care of it when sleeping on the new Dreams mattress and all information was delivered clearly and professionally. I was very happy with the overall service.
