Dreams - New Cross

Gina was very attentive to what I was looking for and my needs due to the lack of space I have. She spent quality time in helping me pick the right product. She's an excellent accent to the workplace and company

Nandita was very friendly and welcoming. We had a mattress recommended by my wife's osteopath, Nandita was very helpful with showing us other similar mattresses and knowledgable about the specifications and gave us plenty of time to try the different mattresses while providing additional information/answer questions when we had them.

The whole journey from browsing to learning about the different products and then to finally making a purchase has been great Nandita has been at the New Cross store on all of the visits we made and she has been a massive help in making our decision.

Charlene was a very pleasant handful of youthful exuberance, Nandita was as efficiently efficient as could be and Kristy was all young smiles and graces.

Originally went to the Fulham branch with my family and was completely overlooked and left to wait. Even when ready to be served the sales assistant decided to serve another couple and kept us waiting, it was a hot a bothered day with three children in tow. When eventually served we was told to wait even more due to non-available computer. Going to the New Cross branch the following day Nandita was very accomodating. She even considered our children and brought them to an activity area to continue serving us to ensure they did not get bored. I was happy with the customer service I got from Nandita and she was very aware of the fact that we had children and kept the process as quick as possible even though she was serving several other customers at the same time. It was only because we were ready to get what we needed she was able to serve us and keep the other customers happy.

Nandita and Gina were so friendly and very good in what they are doing. I am very impressed with the way they handle customers. I have been to other branch of Dreams stores, but the customer service in your new cross gate store is very great.

the expert opinion of the salesperson was exceptional. it was her expatriate that brought us back to the shop the second day and we were convinced by her knowledge into the products.

Nandita was very professional and took time to understand my needs, she showed me a variety of options and made sure I was able to find the perfect mattress and additional products that helped my sleep.

We went to New cross gate branch looking for an ottoman and the lady there, Nandita, showed us what was available and explained to the finest details, including the measurements to check whether it fitted in our apartment. also explained the differences between the various mattress options. then upon placing the order, she recommended the bedding and each one's attributes. very helpful and knowledgeable lady.
