Customer service advisor Gina gave me a wonderful customer service experience.

Great customer service!!! I never had even a moment to be confused , I was explained in depth and in detail about each bed and mattress , great vibe clean shop , and complete Courtesy and politeness

when we enter the store, we were welcome with a smile and she was professional in her conversation. she took her time to explained the functions of the mattress.

Both female staff members I dealt with were incredibly helpful

Both Kristy and Gina were very helpful and accommodating. We came back the following day to amend a couple of items we order the day before and there wasn't any hassle. Gina on the 2nd day was extremely helpful. She let us try more stuff and gave us more advise on pillows, mattresses, and explained to us the optimum sleeping position. The store was very hot as it's in the middle of the UK heatwave, and on both days, we were given refreshments to make sure that the shopping experience goes well. I would recommend Dreams New Cross Gate to anyone, and in particular, having a chat with Gina before buying. She should be commended on her knowledge of the products and her customer service!

The sale assistant was vey knowledgable, professional and same time friendly.
