Gina was very welcoming and helped us to understand the differences in beds, which took an awful lot of her time but we really appreciated it!

Staff had extensive knowledge about all products. Staff asked me key questions to ascertain which product would be best for me. Staff encouraged that I test products.

I really appreciate Mr. Reece’s service. He was really friendly and treated us really well.

Having refereshments offered and the relaxed no pressure friendly approach worked well with us.. the budget was small but we were offered the best alternative products .... everything was explained to us throughlly and the service was great its nice to be looked after....

Gina was extremely attentive and helpful. She knew when to allow us time to browse independently and when to speak to us about the products. She provided insightful and honest information to help us make our decisions. She recommended places for lunch and looked after our baby when we wanted to view beds upstairs.

Kirsty and the store manager were exemplary. I using buy online as I find sales people pushy however they were both extremely helpful. Kirsty knew the mattress range inside out and was able to help us pick the right solution.
