We were made to feel very welcome by Nandita, your sales assistant. She catered very well for our small daughter who was making a fuss. She was efficient and knowledgeable and processed our order quickly. We were offered drinks, and other sales assistants asked if they could help, all appeared to be very friendly and approachable and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Gina is absolutely the best staff. Her service goes way beyond our anticipation. She has perfect knowledge not only on the items sold in the company, but on the interior design of my flat. We shared the ideas with her and she was so capable of commenting professionally. For instance, i wanted a bigger bed (which is actually more expensive) but she was so professional that she advised me not to because it will drown my studio flat. This is absolutely adorable.

My pregnant wife and I were offered a bottle of water as we entered as it was really hot. And she assisted us quickly.

Nandis was really helpful and polite since we entered the store. She was very knowledgable therefore helped us find the right bed and mattress. The only issue was the temperature of the store was really hot!

Thank you. Upon arrival I went upstairs I didn't need to search for a staff to assist me Nandita came to me. After a brief discussion she knew straight away which bed most suited my needs. However she patiently waited while I tested the other beds. The team are polite, welcoming caring knowledgeable, kind (yes she offered me a drink) passionate I could feel the good vibes from a good team spirit. Excellent customer service... Thank you

Your representative Kirsty came right to us as soon as we entered your store and helped us to choose our bed. This was so much better than our experience in Bensons Beds next door where nobody was available to assist us.
