Charlene, the sales assistant, was so great! Took the time to explain all the different types of matress etc and explained some terminology clearly so I understood. She let me know the deals and all the options! I find bed shopping very stressful usually but this was a dream (pardon the pun 😅)

A very competent performance by your colleage Kristy. She was informed, efficient and very personable. This makes a refreshing change from many other retailers. I thought the offer of tea or coffee was a masterstroke !

Nandita was so attentive and understood my needs and helped me decide amongst a variety of beds. She showed me examples of what I asked for, and variables to that so I knew I was picking the right thing. She was very patient in letting me try all the beds and gave me ample time to relax in and make sure it was the right purchase!

As I walked in the Dreams Bed Store in New Cross SE14 within 2 minutes I was approached by a lady name Charlene, she was very helpful , talking to me about the bed I was looking at, then she left me to decide as I continue to walk around looking at other Dream beds, she approached me again to discuss the second one I was looking at , she explains the difference to the one I had previously looked at, she waited for me to decide, then invited me to her desk to sit down, we spoke and eh presto !
