Dreams - New Cross

The second walked in I was welcomed by Gina who is very friendly and helpful.I received a lot of information about all the different mattresses and I was offered tea or coffee.I have found my perfect bed and mattress and I am very happy with it.I will definitely come back to this store when I need a new bed

The person I spoke to - Gina - was excellent, and tried to make my requirements her primary concern. She also offered me a cup of coffee which, had I not just had one, I would have certainly accepted!

Gina was just a huge help, she had real product knowledge and guided us through finding the right thing with ease. She was also a no pressure sales person, we never felt like we were being sold something, but rather being helped. We went next door to Bensons for Beds but came back to Dreams mostly due to the friendly and professional manner of Gina.

I had a great experience in the New Cross branch of dreams and I was served by Gina who was absolutely brilliant, her knowledge was amazing she went above and beyond any customer service I have ever received, I would highly recommend dreams because of this reason. Thank you Gina and Dreams.
