had plenty of assistance, being in a wheelchair is somtimes not easy, but t Gina was very helpful

I was highly satisfied from the moment i entered the store the first member for staff was Gina with a positive good morning . she asked if i had anything in mind that i was looking for so she could help me with finding the right item .The service/the staff/knowledge of all the products in the store/all questions that i asked big or small was answered with so much information i could not ask for anymore. you the company dreams have got a good group of staff in this store they should be made trainers to the next generation of dreams staff .

Good friendly customer service

Just an overall great experience. Store was well laid out with the different types of mattress clustered together and different firmness clearly marked making it easy to head to the type of mattress you wanted. Went during sale time so some nice discounts. Staff in the new cross store very attentive but not pushy. Just the right amount of support, but also space! Thanks

The staff member who helped me was helpful and didn't crowd me. She didn't follow me around, which gave me time to discuss and try out the beds with my other half, opting to periodically return to me to offer advice or ask if I had any more questions. This was exactly to type of customer service I wanted - polite and not overwhelming.

I needed a mattress topper to make a futon more comfortable. Gina, who helped me, was brilliant in explaining the different types and took time to understand it was for a guest bed futon. She allowed my to lie on one and explained about density of foam etc. Really nice and not at all pushy, so was more inclined to talk to her. I loathe the hard sell, and often walk away from stores where assistants try and push me into something, She didn't. First class. Have recommended to a friend who want a new bed.

Gina has wonderful customer service care She welcomed us into the shop offering a drink and gave details on the products we were interested in She put our mind at ease and we purchased the items we needed

The lovely shop assistant Jani (I think her name was), spent a great deal of time helping me find the right mattress. Her product knowledge was very impressive. She was patient with me as I took hours to decided. She also organized for my mattress to be delivered the next day! Fabulous member of staff. I probably wouldn't have bought such an expensive mattress or indeed any mattress in store if it wasn't for all her assistance in helping me.

We have been many bed shops did not like any thing .finally we been to dreams bed made the choice stateway.price and bed quality was really good so we bought it
