Gina who was the sales assistant was very knowledgable and helpful. She made it easy for me to place the order and book a delivery date. Her assistance was cery useful.

Kristy was great! She was very attentive, kind, and seemed very knowledgeable. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to complete the transaction on time, as it was the end of the day. But Kristy put me at ease, and even let me do some last minute shopping down the road while she prepared my contract. Ace! Kristy is definitely a star!

Gina was very motivated and provided us with a wealth of information and even looked after our baby for a good while so we could laze about... i mean try out all the mattresses. We must have spent a few hours there and left well rested and with an order in our pocket:)

Gina took her time to help us find what we were looking for. My partner and I were extremely tired after a long day at work, and Gina was very accommodating. She was able to help narrow down our choices so that we didn't have to spend such a long time choosing the right mattress. We ordered one that day, and Gina even went above and beyond for us by offering to drop the mattress from the store to the depot, so that it could be delivered to us on our selected date, as the depot was out of stock and we would have had to have waited much longer for the mattress to arrive.

We were greeted by Nandita on our arrival, whom gave us a overview of the products available. We were given the opportunity to try the products on display and Nandita enquired as to our requirements and what we had at the present. Good advice was given and we made our choice from that. We had a good store visit, no pressure, good delivery date and we look forward to the delivery of the Tempur Cooltouch Sensation Elite 25K Mattress and Tempur Cloud Pillows. She was so attentive, new her products inside out and spent an unbelievable amount of time finding out about our needs.
