The very charming woman who looked after me really tried hard , gave me the time to try the mattesses and was super helpful

The representatives were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The order was placed and the product was in store as promised.

Kristy was the sales assistant assisting me, whoch I foucd very helpful, she was patient and explained everything that I asked very politely. Overall a very satisfying experience.

I visited the new cross branch of dreams just to to gather some market research into mattresses, specifically the different options and prices available for when i do decide to buy. I was greeted with a warm friendly hello when i entered an i was left to roam the store. (Which makes a change from the usual salesperson on my back approach) After a little while of looking i was approached by Nandita and she guided me through the buyer journey and found me a mattress which was ideal for my budget and requirements. I purchased there and then as i felt there was no need to shop elsewhere. I also purchased a new pillow and a set of sheets which she also helped me choose. Great service, will shop again and recommend.

Our Assistant, Kirsty, was friendly and knowledgable, giving us enough help and advice about the products as we needed, but not overcrowding us while we tested a few of the beds she recommended based off of our needs. She took us through all the necessary details and answered all our questions.

The assistant approached me without being pushy (in another bed store close by no-one came and asked if I needed help). She returned to check out how I was doing as I tried different beds in store without making me feel like I was under any pressure in relation to the time I spent or to make a decision. She made me a cup of tea. She was able to answer my questions. I decided not to buy without having gone home to undertake further online research and consider further. She gave me contact details for when I was ready to make an order.
