I was offered a cup of coffee as soon as I entered the store; myself and my preference of coffee was remembered without prompting, which was very welcoming. All of my questions were answered in detail and I never felt pushed into any decisons, nor left unguided. I left feeling very satisfied with my order, without a hint of buyer's remorse!

The staff were friendly but not intrusive she introduced herself then allowed us to wonder then came back when we indicated we need some help. She explained about the beds we liked then left us to try them again before making our choice. delivery was explained and payment and dates were very easy. Service with a smile and interest in serving us not rushing off to deal with another client.

My sales adviser was Gina her knowledge of mattresses was very impressive, she gave me valuable advice on my excact needs , wasn't pushy allowing me time to try a few mattresses even offered tea or coffee how relaxing was that ! , we even had a little bit of friendly banter , very happy the adviser was happy to help me, overall a good experience

It was very busy the assistance checked on me and regularly asked if I was ok. I was offered refreshments. The item I originally liked was out of stock. The assistance offered me an alternative she checked the measurements of my room and gave recommendations. There was a long delay for this item to be available so I chose a smaller size.
