My husband went to your New Cross store the day before our purchase and was served by Gina, who answered all his questions regarding our needs. The following day I accompanied my husband to the same store, we were greeted by Gina who remembered my husband and his enquiry. It made our visit to that store easy and seamless, we were very impressed

Advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgable, allowing us to make an informed decision without the typical 'pushy sales person' approach that normally puts us off purchasing items in store.

The assistant had the same name as me and with that in mind our conversation started very well. She is quite conversant with the products and was able to advise me properly. Her customer service skill was very good. And I will recommend the store to all my friends. Although she was unable to schedule delivery for Friday which would have been grate.

My needs where understood. Although the Item I anticipated to buy was only available online and not in store I was given a better alternative. The staff was very helpful in getting accurate information on the product ie thickness comparisons of the mattresses and in giving their honest opinions on the comfort of the mattresses. I was not able to pay the full amount however I was given multiple options on a easy payment plan. Although it was disheartening not being able to feel the original mattress (due I it’s exclusive online availability) to make a more informed decision based on my experience. I was able to receive the opinions of the staff ). I feel like i received a better discount and product . However I am yet to sleep on this mattress as it will take 9 days to be delivered which is quite disappointing as I needed the mattress ASAP

satisfaction was mainly due to the service received.the store is a little untidy but the shop assistant made herself available and was friendly and informed. she kept coming back to us to check in but it wasn't done in an overbearing manner. she also offered us a drink and helped me with using a bathroom, I am pregnant and really appreciated it.

Nandita only approached us after we had had the chance to peruse, which is always a good thing in my book. She appeared knowledgeable and spoke in a pleasant friendly tone that made discussions easy. Very happy with the experience.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because of the customer service provided and the friendliness of staff. It made me feel at ease and they responded to my needs adequately. This makes me want to come back to purchase more items in the future.

The way Iwas welcomed into the shop on my arrival to the shop. Tea was offered, seat was provided, I was conducted round and asked to feel the comfort of the beds and the pillows. They staff members demonstrated a very high professionalism to their job, and their product knowledge was superb. I will certainly return again in the future, and recommend your store to friends and families.

The lady who helped was called Gina. Extremely helpful and knew how to help and advise us. Took the worry out of choosing the correct bed for us.
