Great service Good product Pleasant experience

People were friendly. I had had a good experience at this store before so I went back. Once again they offered me a cup of tea and I felt able to both get information and have time on my own to try out various beds. It is a very relaxing shopping experience.

There were several options provided and well explained. We were allowed to try beds for about 2 hours as it's a big decision. The customer service provided was outstanding!

I was very please with Gina assistant she was very friendly and helpful and explained everything I definitely recommend family and friends to dreams

As entering the store had a warm friendly welcome the assistant was so polite and knowledgeable of my needs and letting me try testing nearly all the mattresses in store (lol) as wanting me to choose the right one for my needs ..was offered tea never had that anywhere before at all overall from entering I was happy about my purchase and definitely will recommend to others and will be purchasing further beds from the store .. Gina the lovely assistant made me a cup of tea, she listened to me and made me feel welcomed and relaxed in the shop. She took the time to answer questions about the products, she was very welcoming and helpful. I found her to be very nice she was caring and customer focused. She is an asset to the company.
